Today Who will win Royal Challengers Bengaluru vs Sunrisers Hyderabad, IPL 2024 Match and toss Prediction with Head to Head stats, Playing 11, Dream11, Win Probability & winning percentage.
RCB will take on SRH in the 30th match of the IPL 2024. The match will be played at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru and will start at 7:30 PM IST on April 15.
RCB find themselves in a desperate situation. The team is languishing at the bottom of the table with one win and five defeats. It will be false if RCB’s poor show was not expected as the team looked completely off balance.
The bowling was a concern heading into the tournament and the team’s worst nightmare came true as none of the bowlers made any impact. In the batting as well, Virat Kohli did exceptionally well but he got absolutely no support from the other end.
SRH, on the other hand, look a real force. They have won three games and lost two matches. The team is laced with match winners from top to bottom. SRH have been bowled out for low scores in a couple of games but they have also posted some of the biggest totals in the tournament, including 277 vs MI.
The batting unit comprising Travis Head, Abhishek Sharma, Aiden Markram, Heinrich Klassen have started in fourth gear thus either they bat the opposition out of the contest or collapse. On a small Chinnaswamy Stadium, RCB will be under massive pressure against SRH.
Pitch Report:
Three games have been played at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru so far. The average first-innings score is 180. Two out of the three games have been won by chasing teams. In the last game at this venue, RCB failed to track down a 182-run target against the Super Giants. The captain who wins the toss will want to bowl first as defending totals is very tough at this ground, where the boundaries are short, outfield is quick, and the pitch remains the same throughout the 40 overs.
RCB vs SRH Match Toss Prediction
The match will be played at the Chinnaswamy Stadium and it is no secret that the captain winning the toss will bowl first as defending is not easy here.

RCB Team News & Playing 11
RCB Team News
RCB dropped Cameron Green in the last game and it is time for them to drop Glenn Maxwell, who has been below par. RCB need to bolster their bowling thus there are great odds that Lockie Ferguson will get a shot in playing XI along with Alzarri Joseph, with Maxwell and Reece Topley making way. Also, Maxwell has a minor thumb injury which might make RCB’s job of dropping him a bit easier.
RCB Key Players
- Virat Kohli- Virat Kohli has carried RCB’s batting on his shoulders. He has been magnificent and currently holds the orange cap with 319 runs in six games, including a century and two fifties. Kohli will need to fire again as he is he only batter in form.
- Faf du Plessis- Faf du Plessis returned to form against MI and scored 61 in 40 balls. This was Faf’s first fifty of the tournament. Having got runs under his belt, the RCB captain can now be expected to make big impact in following matches.
- Dinesh Karthik- Karthik also looked fluent against MI and scored a brisk 53. Karthik has been the best RCB batter after Kohli. Coming late in the innings, he has played some scintillating innings. RCB can think about promoting Karthik up in the order and hand over the finisher role to Mahipal Lomror or Anuj Rawat.
- Vijaykumar Vyshak-There is not much to show from RCB in terms of bowling quality but Vyshak has done better than others. Once again, the expectations will be high from the youngster.
- Will Jacks - Jacks picked a wicket and scored just 8 runs in the last match. This will be his second match of the season and we are expecting a good all-round performance from him. On the Chinnaswamy track, he can go big with the bat and can be a handy spin option like Maxwell.
SRH Team News & Playing 11
SRH Team News
SRH are on a two match winning run and they sure would not want to disturb the combination that has worked well. Although Jaydev Unadkat and T Natarajan should not be playing together as they are like to like bowlers, the Chinnaswamy surface, where slower bowlers are more effective, might force SRH to go ahead with both pacers, however, a change looks inevitable in following games.
SRH Key Players
- Travis Head- Head started off in fine fashion with a blazing fifty but failed to play a big innings in following games. However, he is one of the most dangerous batters in the team and can be brutal in the powerplay. Given the venue and quality of bowling he will be up against, Head can be backed to play a good innings against RCB.
- Abhishek Sharma- Abhishek Sharma has been magnificent for SRH. He had a rare failure against PBKS but has been very consistent throughout the IPL 2024 season. He has scored 177 runs in five games at a strike rate of over 200.
- Heinrich Klassen- Klassen has been on fire in T20 cricket and has been at his best in IPL as well. He has single handed won a few games for SRH. The batter has scored 186 runs in five innings at a strike rate of 193, including 17 sixes.
- Pat Cummins- Cummins has bowled beautifully. He has been very smart in using himself. He has not taken many wickets but has bowled crucial overs. He bowled a spell of 1-22 in the last game vs PBKS.
- T Natarajan - Natarajan has taken 5 wickets in 3 matches so far at an average of 20.80. In the last head to head against RCB in 2023, Natarajan removed the in-form Faf du Plessis. He will be a key pacer for SRH along with skipper Pat Cummins.
RCB vs SRH Head to Head
Overall, both teams have been competitive but SRH look a better team this season so they can extend their lead over RCB.
